Accountability and Profitability
Accountability is a four letter word...sometimes, and then again, so is Prifitability. We typically hate being held accountable for what we do and resent someone questioning us about what we promised to do. Who cares if we didn't do what we promised. No harm No foul usually, WE, ourselves are the only ones that we hurt, or at least that's what we think.
Now, Prifitability, is only a four letter word if we can't seem to find it. Is it out there....you bet but it is, at times, difficult to find. How can we make money with all the distractions around us, vying for our time, efforts, money and mental capacity.
Combine these two aspects and begin to feel of the power and focus to enrich your life and the lives of those around you. Now the question is...whom can hold you accountable and at the same time, make you Stretch?? Will your spouce or best friend hold your feet to the fire? Not typically. It is too easy to pat you on the back and say it's OK that you failed. "Try again tomorrow" And you will buy into it every time! and your goals and aspirations will remain just that ...goals and aspirations.
Ever heard of Master Mind Groups??? Now we are getting bsomewhere. Master Mind Groups don't coddle or allow you to offer sob stories when you Sluff off and don't do what you promise to do. Find a good Master Mind Group and watch the transformation of your Life and Bank Account. You will become rich in friends as well as with MONEY. Find a group whom you can SERVE and not expect to BE SERVED. Remember "When you help your Brother across the river...you will find yourself on the other side".

Why Do Business with The Insurance Cowboy?
Have you ever wished that you had a close friend or family member in the Insurance Business?
Someone that you could Trust to be Honest and Trustworthy
to direct you when shopping for Insurance?
Having the Correct Policy for YOUR individual NEEDS will keep YOU from being RIPPED OFF by the Insurance Company. your agent is more important than the insurance company. The biggest mistake people make is shopping for the CHEAPEST PRICE rather than a GOOD AGENT. You get what you pay for. You deserve better!
Why a Cowboy? As with any group or category of people, there are good representatives and bad. The Cowboys of old such as Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and John Wayne all lived by a CODE of HONOR or COWBOY ETHICS.
This Cowboy, lives by the Cowboy Code of Ethics. He is also an EAGLE SCOUT and lives by the Scout Law and Oath. He has been in Las Vegas for 50 years and has been in the Insurance Business for the past 19 years. He has a passion for Honesty and Integrity and Prides himself on Teaching people how to protect their families with the Best CORRECT coverage for the best Price.
Why this Cowboy? Besides all of the above, because. "He still tips his hat to the Ladies, He'll let you water first at the pond, He believes that an Honest days PAY is worth an Honest days Work. And his Hand Shake and his Word is His BOND".

3 Simple ways to keep from getting RIPPED OFF by your INSURANCE COMPANY
Do you feel like you are being RIPPED OFF by your INSURANCE Company? Are you tired of being RIPPED OFF and want it to stop NOW? The 3 most Powerful and Simple SECRETS will be addressed here.
1. Find a good, honest, knowledgeable, Agent who will advise you based on your NEEDS, not about their commission. If your agent does not ask in dept questions about what assets and exposures YOU may have, then you should RUN not WALK...RUN because they don't care about protecting you rather getting their commission only. I call these Agents Policy Peddlers. Find a Trusted Insurance Advisor. My passion is finding the best VALUE for the appropriate Coverages.
2. After finding your Trusted Insurance Advisor, follow their recommendations, even if it is for a QUOTE only. Give them the information they need to structure a Comprehensive Plan to Protect your Auto, Home and Business. You see, Insurance Companies know that the majority of the population will buy based on the lowest premium which yields you the lowest coverages. These low coverages are where the bulk of the high premium is charged. They charge alot which ensures they are only "on the hook" for minimal coverage. This is where they RIP YOU OFF. When you insure properly with higher limits the premium DOES NOT go up proportionately. If you increase your coverage by 10 times.... the premium DOES NOT go up 10 times. Maybe 10% increase in premium but YOU GET 1000% more coverage. FOLLOW your Advisers recommendations but ask questions till you understand what is being recommended.
3. Allow your Advisor to review and advise all of your insurance. Your Insurance Plan must WORK FOR YOU. Many years ago I raced stock cars. I solicited the help of a well known engine and race car builder named Paul. I, like most "gear heads", I thought that bigger would be better. Bigger valves...Fuel volume vs fuel velocity...etc. Paul finally drilled into my head that an engine is an air pump and the more efficiently air can be moved thru the engine the faster you will go. The point here is that ALL parts of your Insurance Plan must work together. You would not take your car to one shop to change the oil and another to charge your air conditioner and another to change a water pump and yet another to get a tune up. You will look for someone who can do most if not all of your maintenance / repair needs.
